* Cancellation Policy:
Drum Roll Charters may reschedule or cancel any charter if the Captain sees the conditions unfit for for that trip. Should a charter need to be rescheduled due to unfit conditions (i.e. weather) we will work with you to reschedule for a later date/time (dependent upon availability) for no additional cost. WE WANT TO GET YOU OUT ON THE WATER! Should a client need to reschedule, they are required to do so at least 24hrs in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of any deposit(s) paid. Worst case should a cancellation occur outside of our clients control, we will issue a complete refund of any deposits/fees paid. If a client must cancel for any reason outside of the aforementioned, Drum Roll Charters reserves the right to maintain any deposit(s) paid.
